Dr. Allison Wines

She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and a Maine Coon cat who is convinced he’s a dog. In her free time, Dr. Wines enjoys hiking, playing board games, reading, and staying active with tennis and pickleball.
Dr. Bill Chandler
Veterinarian
Dr. Bill Chandler earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University in 2017. After graduation, he began his career in Tillamook, Oregon, working with dairy herds and local producers. Those early years in large animal medicine gave him a deep appreciation for preventive care, teamwork, and the power of evidence-based medicine to keep animals healthy and thriving.
When family life brought Bill, his wife Heather (also a veterinarian), and their two daughters to Washington, he made the switch to small animal general practice. He quickly found that caring for dogs and cats offered the same sense of purpose and connection he loved in dairy medicine—just on a more personal, one-on-one level. Bill especially enjoys surgery, disease prevention, and helping pet owners make informed decisions about their pets’ care. His goal is always to work as a team—with clients, colleagues, and pets—to find the best plan for each individual patient.
Outside the clinic, Bill stays busy with his family and their lively crew of pets: Ace, a spirited cattle dog; Petrie, a vocal Lab–Hound mix; and two senior cats, Reggie and Riley. When he’s not spending time outdoors with his family, you can often find him at his local CrossFit gym or enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Dr. Chandler feels fortunate to be part of a community that values the bond between people and their pets. Whether he’s performing surgery, managing a chronic condition, or welcoming a new puppy or kitten for their first visit, he strives to provide compassionate, thoughtful care built on trust, respect, and teamwork.
