Advanced Diagnostics

A domestic cat is gently held by a veterinarian on an examination table covered with an orange towel. The cat receives medical attention, surrounded by various tools and supplies essential to the vet's work.

In-House Diagnostics We Provide

In-house laboratory

A veterinarian peers through a light microscope in a laboratory setting. The microscope, with its white body and black objectives, aids their research. In the background, shelves filled with binders and books are blurred into mere shadows of knowledge.
We can run most essential and pre-surgical blood screenings, fecal tests, urinalysis, and cytologies. We also use a reference laboratory and work with board certified pathologists to ensure reliable test results. +

Digital Radiology (X-rays)

X-ray of a dog's leg showing a repaired fracture with metal plates and screws. The bones and joints are clearly visible, with the surgical hardware securely in place thanks to the expertise of the vet. The surrounding soft tissues are faintly visible.
X-rays are used to diagnose various cardiac, pulmonary, abdominal, musculoskeletal, and traumatic conditions. We also have the ability to perform renal and barium radiographic series. All of our images are reviewed by a board-certified radiologist to ensure accuracy. +

Dental Radiography (Dental X-rays)

A white cat is being examined by a veterinarian. Two people gently hold the cat's head and mouth open to check its teeth and gums. The cat sits on a blue patterned blanket as the vet conducts the examination.
We use digital dental equipment to X-ray for both diagnostic and treatment purpose. We can send these radiographic images to a board-certified dentist if needed for consult on complex dental procedures. +

Diagnostic Ultrasound

Close-up of a veterinarian's hands using an ultrasound probe on a furry animal, possibly a dog. The background is blurred, with a monitor displaying ultrasound images, suggesting a vet examination or procedure in progress.
Ultrasound is a non-invasive way to diagnose various abdominal and cardiovascular conditions. It provides visual mapping of the body’s internal cavities and organs and is used for regular cystocentesis, biopsies, fluid removal, and ultrasounds of the heart, known as electrocardiograms (EKG/ECG). All are available to be reviewed electronically by a board-certified radiologist. +

Ophthalmology

A fluffy white and black cat is being examined by two people at a vet clinic. The cat is lying on an orange towel while one veterinarian gently holds its head and another person prepares medical instruments nearby.
Our veterinarians use Tonopen/Tonovet to diagnose ocular pressure related conditions such as uveitis and glaucoma. Schirmer testing and fluorescein dye tests are also used for the correct diagnosis of eye injuries and conditions +

Allergy Testing

A white cat with black markings on its head is lying down on a light green blanket. The cat has its ears perked up, and its eyes are looking ahead. A veterinarian's hand is gently holding the cat's neck and head, providing comfort and care.
Allergies are one of the most common skin conditions in veterinary medicine. Our veterinarians will help you work through these challenging issues with testing and solutions. +
